  1. The first step to this is to get a large bowl and mix all the ingredients in it till they are well-mixed.
  2. Then proceed to form a meatball the size of a golf ball and compress it into a croquette. In its center, place a cube of cheese and adjust the meat around the cheese which you will then turn into a ball again.
  3. Roll the meatball with the bacon strip around it after you have placed the meatball onto the bacon strip (half of it).
  4. And, at the end of the bacon, you can push a toothpick through it and also into the center of the meatball as this is done to hold every single thing in place.
  5. Afterward, get the original rub and spray it freely on top of the exterior part of the meatball wrapped with bacon.
