Rimmed baking sheet (this is for the slow-bake method)
Aluminum foil (this is also for the slow-bake method)
Wire rack (for the slow-bake method)
Cast iron pan or cast iron grill pan (this is for the high-temperature method)
Kitchen tongs (this is also for the high-temperature method)
Meat thermometer (I suggest you get this and it is also for the high-temperature method)
Ingredients
½tspof Hungarian paprika
½tspof dried oregano
½tspof dried marjoram
½tspof dried thyme
½tspof garlic powder
½tspof ground black pepper
½tspof onion powder
½tspof salt
1poundof boneless country-style pork ribs
2tspsof vegetable oil (this is only needed for the high-temperature method).
Instructions
First, get the mixing bowl and add the paprika, oregano, marjoram, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt into it.
You can then mix them together till they become well blended. After that, you can get a plate or a pie plate and slather the rub evenly on it.
Then, rub the pork ribs in it and make sure that they are well doused on every side. Using either the slow-bake method or the high-temperature method, you can start cooking the boneless pork ribs.
For the Slow-Bake Method
First, you need to warm up the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Get the aluminum foil and line the rimmed baking sheet with it.
You are to also place the wire rack on the foil. Afterward, place the pork ribs on the wire rack, and then, using the aluminum foil, you are to cover the entire baking sheet.
And all around the edges of the baking sheet, ensure that they are well sealed using aluminum foil.
For 2 hours and 30 minutes, you are to bake the boneless pork ribs. You can then carefully remove the top foil, but this should be done after you have taken the baking sheet out of the oven.
You have to be careful doing this because there will be so much hot steam underneath. With that being done, you can now serve your oven baked boneless pork ribs dry rub with potato salad.
For The High-Temperature Method
Using a little bit of vegetable oil, you are to douse the inside of a cast iron grill pan or cast iron pan.
Place the pan in the cold oven. Then, proceed to heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This should be done with the pan in it.
Place the boneless pork ribs into the hot pan, but this should only be done immediately after the oven is hot.
Then, cook the pork ribs until their internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
The timeframe for this should be around 15 to 20 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, you are to turn over the pork ribs.
After that, you can proceed to serve your oven baked boneless pork ribs dry rub. You can also serve it alongside potato salad.
