Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs of country-style boneless pork ribs
  • ½ tsp Salt and pepper. Depending on your taste.
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of BBQ sauce (based on your preference)

Instructions

  • First, you need to warm up your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Then, proceed to trim any excess fat cap from your boneless country-style pork ribs as needed.
  • The fat cap is the even layer of thick fat. Afterward, using salt and pepper, you are to relish both sides of the country-style ribs.
  • Place the country-style pork ribs on a couple of sheets of aluminum foil and arrange them. Make sure the sheets are large enough to wrap around your boneless pork ribs and also seal them tightly.
  • Get a baking dish or a rimmed baking sheet and then proceed to place the aluminum foil with the pork ribs into it.
  • Afterward, create a container around your seasoned boneless country style ribs, drawing up the side, as this will allow it to hold liquid.
  • Proceed by pouring the apple cider vinegar all over the pork ribs. Then, seal the aluminum foil tightly.
  • For 2 hours, you are to bake these boneless pork ribs at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Or, the baking can go on until your boneless pork ribs are soft enough to be pierced by a fork.
  • Note that large (10 ounces) ribs will take longer to cook compared to small (4 ounces) ribs. The small one will cook faster.
  • Now, back to the instructions. You are to carefully open the aluminum foil, but this should only be done after you have removed it from the oven.
  • With that being done, you can now get a clean sheet of aluminum foil and transfer the pork ribs to it.
  • After that, drain the fat from the baking dish or sheet pan, and then you can now get rid of the used aluminum foil.
  • After doing that, get the ribs back into the baking dish, then using the BBQ sauce, slather all sides of the boneless pork ribs lavishly with it.
  • Get the pork ribs, then proceed to bake in the oven, then, for an extra 20 minutes, bake uncovered. When they are done, you are to get them out of the oven.
  • For 10 minutes, allow the oven-baked boneless pork ribs to cool off. This is before you proceed to serve them.
  • You can also decide to coat them with more BBQ sauce. As mentioned earlier, this is also based on your taste.
