Ingredients

  • 2 lb bone-in pork chops (four were used in this recipe).
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of light brown sugar.
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 tbsp of garlic (minced).
  • 2 tbsp ½ medium lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Firstly, you will need to get the following ingredients: soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and light brown sugar, and proceed to add them all into a bowl.
  • Afterward, you are to mix them till they are well blended and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Then, you can now get the pork chops and place them into a large, gallon-size plastic bag. Afterward, you are to proceed by pouring the marinade into the large, gallon-size plastic bag.
  • And, before you continue, you need to make sure you get the air inside the plastic bag out. After that, you have to make sure the marinade gets into the pork chops.
  • And to achieve this, all you will need to do is to massage the marinade carefully. Doing it this way will make it get into the pork chops.
  • You are to then place the pork chops into the fridge and proceed to marinate them for a minimum of 4 hours or just leave them overnight. This is even preferable.
  • You can proceed to warm up the grill when you are ready to cook your pork chops. Make sure you set the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Afterward, get the pork chops from the refrigerator, then bring them out of the plastic bag. You also must ensure that you allow the excess marinade to drip off the pork chops.
  • After that, you can now place your pork chops over direct heat and proceed to grill them for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • And, the 6 to 5 minutes are for each side of the pork chops. Or, you can grill them till their internal temperature gets to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, at a minimum.
  • With that being done, you can now get your pork chops away from the grill and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes.
  • This will also allow them to continue to cook. Make sure their internal temperature gets to 145 degrees Fahrenheit before you proceed to serve them. So, serve them and enjoy.
