  • 1 Teaspoon of Coarse Sea Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic

  • The first step here is for you to warm up the pellet smoker to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. You can then make 4 to 6 patties from your burger, and also make sure their thickness is around half an inch. You should form 4 patties at half a pound each.
  • Afterward, move to the mixture of all the four seasonings of the ingredients in a small bowl and make sure the mixing is thorough. You can then pat your burgers with the mixed seasoning and this should be done before you place them on the smoker.
